So far, 5 stars to SERVPRO of Patchogue, specifically Avery, Bill, Sean, Sal, and Eileen, who quickly took care of scheduling everything. They were all professional, polite, and answered questions when asked. Bill, Sean and Sal were careful with removing the water damaged materials and setting up the drying machines, then cleaned the floors, etc., of any dust on their way out. They explained the process and worked quickly to get it done. I am hopeful that the remainder of the process of working with them will go just as smoothly!

This company provided excellent service. The workmen were real pros and everything was done neatly and with great skills. Communication was great. Every question answered, supplies were the best quality and the workmanship was perfect. The owner of the company who supervised the work was in constant contact, the crew worked skillfully and the staff was consistently attentive. We could not have had a better experience.

When a pipe burst and flooded my living room and bedroom, and caused damage to my basement in May, I was beside myself with panic!!!!!  I live in a spanking brand-new condo which I had moved into only a year prior to this horror!!!   Thankfully, my insurance adjuster recommended SERVPRO of Patchogue.  Much to my delight, Rich Delfino, my Knight in Shining Armor, arrived to assess the damage and saved my sanity!!!!!!!  He was professional, friendly, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable in the work that needed to be done to return my home to normal!!!  In no time at all, he assigned a magician to take care of things!!!  One would NEVER know that there had been water damage in my bedroom and basement.   KUDOS to Rich and the team at SERVPRO of Patchogue for taking care of things!!!!!!!!  Why can't I give you 10 stars?????????

Omg these guys are the BEST! My mom had a flooded kitchen that she thought she cleaned up.. ended up in the hospital a few days later and it wasn’t till she got home that I realized her basement had a lot more damage! State Farm sent SERVPRO over, and Richie, Mark and their team made a lousy situation not so bad.. they took care of drying out the kitchen and basement, always updated me on what was happening and made my mom feel better… she’s 92 and trying to get back on her feet but these guys talked to her and she felt she could trust them… they cleaned up beautifully and now we’re on to the rebuild… any type of water damage, call these guys! Hands down the best team of people to have on your side in your time of need. My kitchen flooded and we had multiple plumbers tell us it was a slab leak. Not only did Rich, Mark, and their team come in and clean up the water and damage, they actually discovered the true cause saving me thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. I received calls daily to check up on the progress and ask if we needed any further assistance. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than SERVPRO of Patchogue for a job.

"Could not ask for a better experience following a disaster on our home. Entire partially finished full basement with three inches of water throughout. SERVPRO recommended by our oil co. They showed up within the hour with a large crew and equipment, sucked up all the water and immediately began removing all items that had been sitting in water. They had to do this going up and down interior stairs multiple times, not one complaint. Removed ruined laminate flooring. Drying fans put in place, when they were satisfied dry enough they sprayed mold preventative over all. Stored all salvageable item in large steel container they placed in our driveway, and worked closely with our Insurance co. so everything was covered. Everyone of them from the people in the office, and the numerous crew people, SO NICE! Really gave us peace of mind! Loved the two ladies who were on site to direct the remediation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

I recently had water damage in my home. When SERVPRO of Patchogue came in they evaluated the situation and immediately did what they had to do to prevent further damage. They had all the equipment needed to dry all the areas affected by the leak. The owner was very knowledgeable and the crew was quick and neat. I would recommend them in a minute.

I was extremely impressed with the service that I received. If any of my acquaintances run into this problem I would definitely recommend SERVPRO.

What an amazing company! We had water damage on 3 floors, which included walls and ceilings being compromised. The first person who came in was Mark, who just took control and made us feel like an overwhelming situation was going to be easily handled and taken care of. The crew was phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. It was quite a large crew and they all worked with such precision and in such a timely manner. We were so pleased with the outcome. Great work!! SERVPRO of Patchogue did a great job for us after we came home from vacation to a flooded house. They arrived within a couple of hours of our call and set up fans and drying equipment right away. Mark came everyday, was on top of everything and worked closely with our insurance adjuster to document the water damage. I cannot express how thankful I am that SERVPRO of Patchogue was a recommended vendor with my insurance company. As soon as I was done with my phone call to insurance, the team from SERVPRO was at my home within an hour. They were on time, knowledgeable, and calmed my nerves (and tears) that everything was going to be ok. Their slogan, "Like it never even happened." is 100% the truth! Joe, Laura, and their team have just been amazing. The flood in my basement occurred while my husband was away for a week long business trip. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old, so you can imagine the stress I was dealing with. They moved every bit of furniture down in my basement, the flooring, and any damaged items. They bagged up the rotted ergo flooring, as well as the wet carpet. We called SERVPRO of Patchogue to help us remove the water in our basement after the water heater exploded! Rich and his team were so helpful and understanding through every step of the process. SERVPRO of Patchogue "SAVED THE DAY" when it came to our unfortunate situation! After our own Homeowner's Insurance Company called up and sent in (an unnamed) "Clean-Up" company to our home...(which was a nightmare of an experience), we ultimately had no choice but to have another company come in to try and rectify the horrible mess we were left with... In came Dan, a confident and sympathetic gentleman, from the "SERVPRO of Patchogue". He assessed all of our damages and what was going to be required of his team when they got here. He explained everything, "IN DETAIL", about what the services would entail, leaving us with no questions or doubts. When the team arrived, they were all extremely friendly, courteous and polite. Since this was taking place in our basement, there were MANY TRIPS up and down the stairs, carrying furniture, large items and boxes. The team was extremely careful with everything and very mindful of trying to keep the floor covered and clean. This all took place during the hottest and most humid days of this Summer (85* to 90*+). We made sure we had cold bottles of water and plenty of iced cold lemonade and iced tea on hand, but, getting this team to take breaks didn't happen too often. We are incredibly happy with the service provided by this team, led by the Crew Chief Joe, and the very friendly office staff we spoke with on the phone (They really actually get your information and messages that you leave for someone correct...because they care)! We recently had the dreaded flooded basement, cause by last Fridays rain !! Although our insurance put us in touch with SERVPRO, they would not cover any damage. By the time we contacted SERVPRO it was about 5:30pm Friday. Melanie answered the phone immediately, she already left the office and was shopping for her family. She left the store and was at our home within 15 minutes. I was extremely suprised by her compassion, I wasn't expecting that. Her expertise I was, and boy did she deliver!!! She assessed the damage and went to work, explaning everything as she went along. Soon Tom arrived with the dehumidifiers and air movers. He too, was just a knowledgeable, nice caring person. They were fine with letting my husband doing the rip out himself. By 7:00 everything was in place. Everything they predicted would happen in the next few days, happened exactly as they said! Tom came and checked our moisture levels 2 more times. Melanie tried with our insurance company and called us to check on our progress. Finally, they worked with us with the price, knowing we weren't getting reimbursed from the insurance and we'll have a hefty cost replacing our floors and walls. I really hope we never need their help again, but, if we do they will be the first people we call !

I am writing this to advise on what a great experience I had with Laura and her team on 9/9/14. This was one of the toughest experiences I had to go through thus far in life.
