Water and Mold Restoration in Patchogue
This vacation home in Patchogue, being unoccupied for a some time, did not fare well when the washing machine leaked. The water wicked into the walls and trim and eventually, large mold colonies developed. The crew from SERVPRO of Patchogue moved the office furnishings and performed a limited deconstruction of the non-salvageable, mold-infested sheetrock and trim. The Before Photo illustrates the work after the water restoration and mold remediation had been completed. We tore out only what was necessary; we always work in the best interest of our customers. All surfaces were fogged with an antimicrobial product for disinfecting and preventing new mold eruptions from the treated surfaces. Contractors appreciate how we prepare a water damaged room for rebuilding. Always cleaned, sanitized and prepped. Our customer also appreciated our quick response to helping get their vacation home ready for some summer fun. “Like it never even happened.” Count on SERVPRO.
